Job Description:

• Will be working with HMI screens, entering recipes and setting speeds work in fast paced environment
• Team members are expected to achieve productions goals by working collaboratively as a team and will be expected to involve other support teams in production issues as appropriate. speeds work in a fast-paced environment. 

Packer / Packaging :   Associates work in the production department packaging product individual like cheese, Yogurt, and sour cream, Also must palletize and stack boxes of finished product. Use pallet jack to relocate pallets of finished products. Associates will also assist in misc. assignments and all others aspects of the production process like clean and pick up work area to avoid cross contamination or slips and trips. Associates must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Cheese Molders / De Molders :  Associates must be able to lift up to 50lbs, Will be manually molding cheese by putting molds together and filling with cheese and compressing the cheese. Will be then taking the cheese out of its molds after they have been in the cold box or a few days. Associates will also be helping in all junctions of the production department as needed. Palletizing, staking, using pallet jacks, cleanup of work area, general work.

Select Staffing is looking for a QA Technician. Primary responsibilities will include in-process production monitoring, Chemistry, microbiology, and environmental testing. Raw material and packaging inspections and finished goods documentation review and/or perform a variety of standard microbiological, chemical and physical or sensory testing. Responsibilities will also include maintaining logs and data records associated with job function (e.g. non-conforming materials, corrective action log, hold logs, net content files, etc.).

• As the QA Inspector you will be responsible for recording production data on reports and specifically monitor employees and verifies compliance with HACCP, GMP and safety procedures and policies.
• Execute required tests on incoming ingredients and packaging according to the QMS (Quality Monitoring Scheme)
• Perform verification on finished goods documentation to ensure that each finished good lot meets positive release criteria.
• Support line operations to ensure process checks are accurate and timely as stated in the QMS.
• Collect finished good samples and is responsible for the sensory panel set-up.
• Calibrate lab equipment such as pH meter, moisture analyzers, Rosa reader, scales, etc. in accordance with SOP’s.
• Support GMPs throughout the manufacturing plant and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Record results for HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) plan and SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure).
• Conducts daily routine sample analyses using standardized lab techniques and other instrumentation following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Responsible for daily/weekly planning, reading, product release/holds, swabbing, calibration, sample collection, Internal Control Plan, sample preparations, etc.
• Supports laboratory compliance (Calibration, equipment testing, etc.) to internal requirements
• Supports continuous improvement of Quality metrics/KPI’s in the lab.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory/guidelines pertaining to safety, health, and environmental.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Sanitation / CIP Operator : Associate will be in charge of all the sanitation process for the plant and production equipment. Associate will be LOTOT certified as they will have to take equipment apart for COP and CIP also will need chemical training as they will be handling chemicals that are used during the sanitation process. Also they will need to ware appropriate PPE depending on the function at the time. Associate must be able to lift up to 50lbs. CIP Operators must understand the process of CIP and have experience in the job, understand the use of automated control panels to operate the system.
