Job Duties:
Stacker
1. Check the pusher is working correctly – if not the trays can end too tight or too loose.
2. Check the stacker line is setup right to the type of tray is being run.
3. Double check trays exiting the machine for quality.

Strapping
1. Make sure strapping machine is on before running the KD.
2. Check the length of the strap – needs to be long enough to strap the bundles.
3. Check the tightness of the strap is correct. If too tight, will damage the trays.
4. Bundle trays according to customer requests. Ensure to flip the top tray to prevent strap damage.

Palletizing
1. Verify the qty per bundle is correct – must meet customer requirements.
2. Check for damaged trays and replace it if need it.
3. Make sure you are using the correct pallet per customer.

Forklift Driver Job Duties:

Pre-Stage:
• Operate scanner gun to pick and rotate finished goods.
• Obtain Pick Tickets from the Shipping office with customer order details.
• Pick, scan, and build pallets for customer orders, ensuring accurate quantities.
• Label pallets with order information and place them in the staging rack.
• Complete and submit Load Chart and Pick Ticket, ensuring legible and accurate counts.
• Follow any special instructions, such as using corner boards or shrink wrapping.

Load Trucks:
• Perform pre-inspection of trailers for cleanliness, damage, and temperature.
