Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Job Summary:
The Inventory Clerk is responsible for accurately managing and maintaining inventory records to ensure the efficient operation of warehouse and storage facilities. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication to optimize inventory tracking and workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record inventory levels, transactions, and adjustments in organizational systems or software.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper labeling of goods and materials.
• Prepare inventory reports and documentation for internal use and compliance purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-6 months of Forklift experience
• Knowledge of Forklift Safety Guidelines
• Lift up to 20-50 lbs, sit, stand, bend and reach
• Experience in warehouse or distribution center environment
• Basic computer skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on tasks
• Troubleshoot equipment issues
• Meet production standards
• Storing, moving and managing materials
