Responsibilities: ? Demonstrates willingness to take direction and follow instructions. ? Follows daily SOP’s and advises supervisor of any issues during daily inspections of the plant and equipment. ? Maintains a clean, organized, safe work area always. ? Performs a variety of duties including but not limited to: Chipping, scrapping, and finishing concrete using pneumatic chisels, power grinders, or hand tools. ? Assisting as needed in setting up the forms for pre-pour inspections, removing excess concrete, and cleaning forms. Installing the correct size rebar and wire spacers, knockouts, rebar, mesh, etc.; bolting and unbolting forms with hand and/or power tools to prepare for stripping operations. ? Reads daily production schedules, drawings and recognizes whether the product is set up properly; sets up the form as indicated from the production drawing with correct bill of material items. ? Helps as needed in placement of concrete into the forms after passing pre-pour inspection; consolidates concrete in accordance with the quality control procedures. ? Finishes concrete with various tools, vibrators, floats, or other concrete tools; properly applies curing treatments. ? Assists workers engaged in operating cranes, forklifts or hoisting machines used to lift and move materials such as concrete castings, structural steel and rebar, concrete slabs, forms, rebar scrap metal, pipe, dirt, and others with other assigned equipment. ? Clean the plant with shovel, broom and other materials as assigned. ? Wear the correct (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment as required. ? Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands: ? Requires standing for extended periods of time. ? Requires frequent walking, bending, twisting, reaching above shoulder level, and balancing. ? Requires occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, squatting, crouching, or crawling. ? Requires occasional lifting, push, pulling and carrying weight up to 50 pounds. ? Requires eye-hand coordination and dexterity.

 The Electro Mechanical Stretch Blow Molding Technician will provide technical guidance and diagnostic capabilities to maximize production up time. Interprets maintenance and reliability data by evaluating the data history. Ensures uninterrupted efficiency of production and plant operations. Manages and works on maintenance projects.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Completes Mold changes and complete line set-ups on time
  • Hands-on processing skills including mold startup, sampling, troubleshooting, optimizing cycles, setups, changing molds, etc.
  • Visually and audibly inspects and tests machinery and equipment to detect malfunction to diagnose problem or repair of machine
  • Dismantles defective machines (e.g., blow molding machine) and installs new or repaired parts (e.g., hydraulic valves), following specifications and blueprints, using precision measuring instruments and hand tools
  • Responsible on control scraps, downtime, machine’s utilization.
  • Identify and report potential equipment and building problems
  • Follow all product safety regulations and procedures established by the company according to SQF code.
  • Other tasks as assigned

 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

 

  • Extensive knowledge of plastic conveying and blender systems, compressed air systems and water chiller/tower systems
  • Ability to read maintenance manuals, schematics, drawings, parts manuals, and maintenance literature
  • Ability to adhere to all company policy and procedures, and industry standards
  • Ability to work overtime as business needs arise, such as emergency repairs
  • Ability to foster team environment; be adaptable; multitask; and work well with others

The HRM will oversee the execution of Human Resources policies and programs, with a strong emphasis on Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the design, implementation, and management of L&OD programs that enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and development initiatives that align with business goals and employee growth.
• Design and implement performance management policies, including the development of KPIs and processes to establish a standardized performance management system within the company.
• Revise and establish additional policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization.

• Experience with departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change is preferred.
