Job Opening: Inventory Lead
Description
* Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple locations to ensure optimal stock availability.
* Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team (Warehouse & Receiver), fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving departmental and organizational goals.
* Conduct regular training sessions on inventory best practices, systems usage, and safety protocols.
* Utilize inventory management software and data analytics tools to generate reports on inventory performance, turnover rates, and stock levels.
* Analyze data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement in inventory processes.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness in inventory management.
* Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts and production schedules.
* Act as a liaison between inventory management and other departments, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
* Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of inventory management systems, ensuring data integrity and real-time visibility.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations. - Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members. - Bi-lingual, Spanish preferred
