Rate: $28 to $30/h.
HR Administrator Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Oversee workforce planning and employment processes of temporary employees, including interviewing applicants, managing pre-employment procedures, and handling transfers, promotions, hires, and terminations.
• Serve as the primary contact for temporary agencies to ensure seamless coordination, payroll processing, and weekly invoice reconciliation.
• Manage the company’s HRIS system, Ceridian Dayforce, including timesheets, payroll processing, personnel changes, and onboarding/offboarding of temporary employees.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and lead investigations in alignment with Corporate HR as needed.
• Support onboarding, termination processes, company evaluations, and administrative tasks related to full-time employees as required.
• Maintain records of employee warnings in compliance with company policies, federal, and state regulations.
• Administer workers’ compensation claims, oversee injury case management.
• Prepare and analyze Excel reports on payroll, labor costs, work hours, and headcount on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
HR Administrator Requirements:
• Previous related experience in Human Resources
• High Proficiency in Excel
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Experience in EHS/Safety is a plus (not required)
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
