Job Description:

• Effectively operate production equipment that mold cheese in special molds
• Manually mold cheese in cheese molds. 
• Perform CIP on dryer.
• Working in a wet an cold environment. 
• Speeds work in a fast-paced environment. 
• be able to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
