• Pay Rate: $20.00 hourly.
• Schedule: 7:00 am- 3:30pm
• Full Time: Monday- Friday
• Location: Santa Ana, CA

Electronics Assembler Job description:

• Performs electro-mechanical assembly involving wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assemblies of various complexity in an ESD environment.
• Work to specified tolerances from drawings, wireless parts lists, engineering schematics, and engineering instructions/change-orders.
• Ability to use a variety of hand crimpers, wire strippers, torque screwdrivers, and soldering irons.
• Performs continuity tests on harnesses and subassemblies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one year certificate from college or technical school
• 2+ years’ experience in soldering cable/harnesses fabrication, use basic hand tools crimp tools and soldering irons.
• Able to read schematics and a wire list.
• Experience building cables/ harnesses for military or aerospace.
• Soldering/ crimping test will be conducted during the interview.
• Ability to work well in in a fast-paced professional office environment.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Knowledge and understanding of IPC-A-620 wire and cable requirements.
• Knowledge and understanding of J-STD-OO1 soldering requirements and NASA cable harness is a plus.
