Payrate: $18-$20
Receptionist Duties:
• Greeting clients within 3 seconds
• Answer phone within 3 rings
• Provide clients with necessary information
• Reports to corporate
• Diplomat/establishes customer relationships
• Distribute clients properly
• Keep front end running smooth at all times
• Facilitating appointments and walk-ins
• Maintain client sign in sheet
• Directs angry/upset client to correct preparer
• Preparing and distributing EF checks
• Calling clients to pick up EF checks
• Do not open company mail, UPS, FedEx, etc. deliver to PIC as soon as it is received in the
office.
• Assist in all office operations as needed and directed by PIC Office productivity
• Retrieve messages from voicemail, take and distribute appropriately and efficiently (voicemail, e-mail, etc.)
• Retrieve voicemail messages via email
Receptionist Requirements:
• Previous Receptionist experience a plus
• Bilingual
• Some bookkeeping skills
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic computer skills
• Able to multi-task
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
• Able to work independently
