Job Opening: Adminstrative Clerk
Description
The Front Office Admin. Clerk is responsible for assisting the Front Office Team in maintaining an effective workflow. Responsibilities also include maintaining policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency of Front Office operations.
Hours: 6am-2:30pm, Monday – Thursday (30 hours)
Dress Code: Business
Pay: 18.00 – 20.00 per hour (Temporary 6- 8 mos)
Essential Duties: • Assist Employees and Vendors
• Organize daily incoming loads
• Organize and file
• Accurate data entry
• Research and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain filing system & creating new files
• Maintain clean and organized work space
• Maintain Positive Reflection of our company
• Administrative Duties as required
Job Requirements:
• Previous Administrative support experience
* Previous experience with ADP
* Experience in Light Recruiting
• Intermediate computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest & percentages
• Ability & willingness to follow directions
• Demonstrate attention to detail and problem solving
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to communicate & work well with people of all levels

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• General Administrative knowledge & abilities
• 10 key is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
$18-19 per hour , 30 hrs per week (9am-3pm) with a possibility of full time later down the line
