Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Mail Clerk to assist with day to day operations.
This position in located in Downtown Los Angeles.
Mon – Fri
$18.50/hr

Responsibilities:
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages accurately and promptly.
• Operate mailing equipment such as postage machines, folders, and inserters.
• Maintain inventory of mailing supplies and reorder as necessary.
• Assist in preparing bulk mailings and ensuring compliance with postal regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries regarding mail services.
• Maintain organized records of mail and package transactions.
• Support team members with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a mailroom or similar environment is a plus but not required.
• 1-2 years Customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of postal regulations and mail processing is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Ability to lift and carry packages.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
