Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team of skilled professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machines and a proven track record of delivering high-quality machining services in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations according to job specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machining requirements.
• Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure conformance to quality standards.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of G-code programming is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
